Hydrate well before arriving. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. We provide towels and a private sauna room. Avoid heavy meals within 1-2 hours of your session for best results.
During Your Session
Relax in our infrared sauna for 30-45 minutes as the gentle heat penetrates your body. The temperature is comfortable (120-150 degrees F) and you can adjust it to your preference. Many patients read, meditate, or simply unwind.
After Your Session
